Blake started his recruitment career in 2015 and has worked with North-west & UK based brands in their search for software development talent ever since. Over the years he’s continued to grow his network, knowledge and capabilities continuously servicing the area as it’s gone through hyper-growth; proudly playing a small part in helping Manchester become the tech hub in the north.

Blake is one of the Recruitment Managers at The Candidate focussing on supporting tech brands across the UK with the growth of their software development teams.

He typically works with brands focussed across building products (SaaS) to delivering for others (consultancy / agency) or more web focussed brands (eCommerce) and has worked with household names including Sky, Formula 1 & JP Morgan.
